1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ChatBot service by Tribo Alpha (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ChatBot is a messaging automation platform that lets you:
- Connect the Facebook Pages you manage
- Set up automatic replies based on keywords
- View your Page's posts and comments and send private replies to commenters
- Manage leads and contacts
- Create automated conversation flows
- Send broadcasts to your leads, within Messenger policies
3. Account
Your account is created with Facebook Login. To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be an admin of the Facebook Pages you connect
- Keep your Facebook account secure
- Be responsible for all activity in your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate Meta's terms and policies
- Collect people's data without consent
- Use the Service for harassment, fraud or illegal activities
- Try to hack or compromise the security of the system
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
- Promote adult, violent or discriminatory content
5. Meta Policies
By using ChatBot you also agree to:
Violations of Meta's policies may result in suspension of your access.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) belong to Tribo Alpha and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You keep ownership of the content you create (messages, flows, etc.) and grant us a license to use it only to operate the Service.
7. Payments and Plans
ChatBot is currently in a Beta period and is offered free of charge.
When we introduce paid plans:
- Prices will be clearly shown before any charge
- Charges will recur according to the chosen plan
- You can cancel at any time
- There are no refunds for partial periods already paid
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your access, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You violate Meta's policies
- We receive complaints of spam or abuse
- We detect fraudulent activity
You can close your account at any time by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects will be corrected
You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for:
- Loss of profits, data or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
- Actions taken by Meta on your account
- Failures of third-party services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage or expense arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of third-party rights
- Content you send through the Service
12. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Maputo.
