ChatBot (chatbot.triboalpha.com) uses Facebook Login to connect the Pages you manage and reply to messages and comments. You can request the deletion of your data at any time.
1. Data we store
- Your account name, email, Facebook user ID and access token.
- Name, ID and access token of the Pages you connected.
- Messenger messages, comments on your Pages' posts and their reply status.
- Leads (name and PSID of people who interacted with your Pages), keywords and flows.
2. How to delete your data
- In ChatBot, open "My Pages" and disconnect your Pages. We immediately stop receiving and processing data from those Pages.
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select "Professor Chacha" and click Remove. This revokes the app's access to your account and Pages.
- Send an email to privacidade@triboalpha.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your account email or name. We delete the account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
3. People who commented on or messaged a Page
If you interacted with a Page that uses ChatBot and want your data deleted, email privacidade@triboalpha.com with the Page name and your Facebook name.
