2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account information
- Name and email address from your Facebook profile
- Facebook user ID and the access token issued by Facebook Login
2.2 Facebook Page information
- Name and ID of the Pages you connect
- Page access token (stored securely on our server)
- Messages received and sent through your Pages on Messenger
- Your Page's posts and the comments on them, read with the pages_read_engagement and pages_read_user_content permissions
2.3 Lead information
- Name of people who interact with your Pages
- Their Page-scoped ID (PSID)
- Conversation and interaction history
- Tags and segments you apply
3. How We Use the Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To show your Page's posts, comments and conversations to you in the ChatBot dashboard
- To send the automatic or manual private replies you configure
- To send broadcast messages to your leads, within Messenger policies
- To generate statistics about your interactions
- To send you service communications (updates, changes)
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. We only share data in these cases:
- With Meta (Facebook): to operate the Messenger and Pages integration
- Service providers: companies that help us run the Service (hosting)
- Legal requirements: when required by law or court order
- Protection of rights: to protect our rights or security
5. Data Security
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL)
- Access tokens stored securely on the server
- Access to data restricted to authorized people
- Regular data backups
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We do our best to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: while your account is active
- Messages, comments and leads: until you request deletion
- System logs: up to 90 days

- Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: request deletion of your data
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Revocation: disconnect your Pages and revoke access

8. Facebook Data
- We use Facebook data only for the purposes described in this policy
- We read the posts of connected Pages and their comments (pages_read_engagement and pages_read_user_content) only to show them to the Page admin on the "Comments" screen and to send the private replies the admin configured
- We do not share Facebook data with unauthorized third parties
- You can revoke our access at any time in Facebook → Settings → Business integrations
- We follow the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies
9. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as the interface language). You can block cookies in your browser, but the Service may not work properly.
10. Minors
The Service is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find we have, we delete it immediately.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify significant changes by email or a notice in the Service.
